Petite, tall and plus sizes are always welcome here and I am more than happy to accomodate for any body type. if your size lies outside our size chart, please choose the 'custom' size option and then fill out the Note Form at check out or send your measurements via email to alice@alicepons.co.uk

Please check carefully our size chart and measuring instructions on each product page. Follow the guidelines on how to measure yourself and if necessary convert them into cm.

If you are in between two sizes, for corsets I suggest ordering a smaller size, for any other garments you should order a bigger size instead.

If your measurements are in between three sizes or our standard sizing guide doesn't quite fit for you, please select the 'custom' size option. I offer custom size pieces at no extra cost, so don't worry! I've got your back!

For Custom measurements you simply have to measure your body either in cm or inches according to the measurements shown in the product size chart (bust, waist, hips etc.) and then either insert them in the Note section at check out or emailing a@alicepons.com with your measurements and order number after check out.

To reduce the waste of resources we keep a limited stock of our products so 90% of our items are made-to-order pieces. Most orders are made from scratch, just for you!

Please allow 2-5 working days for the manufacture and processing of your order for the shipment. You will be updated with a despatch email with tracking info once your item has been sent.

Due to the delicate nature of all my products, I recommend all silk products to be dry cleaned, especially corsets. You will find detailed care instructions on each product page.

All items are designed by Alice Pons and are fully handmade in Milano by our Italian artisans in her private studio. To learn more about the brand, please visit our About page!

Every Item is made to order just for you, it means that if an item doesn't get ordered, it doesn't get made. If for whatsoever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we do offer exchanges or alterations with the only extra cost of extra shipping if your item is unworn and the desired product/size is in stock.

We do not offer returns for refunds, only store credit. Returns are not applicable for custom orders. Store credit codes may not apply to items on sale. For more information please visit our Shipping & Returns page.

From the e-store home page or menu, you can browse our new arrivals or select a specific product category (corsets, bottoms, full looks, etc). Refine your search by selecting colors, materials and styles.

Once you have added the items to your shopping bag, you can verify your selection, modify it and proceed to checkout. To complete your purchase, simply enter your shipping address, your billing address and select a payment method.

At check-out, in case your order contains more than one item, we try to ship all items together. We will let you know in case of separate shippings all tracking numbers. <to know more about shipping, please visit our Shipping & Returns page.

We accept all major credit cards and the other payment methods expressly indicated in this website.

The amount of the products you ordered will be charged -according to the selected payment method- after we have verified your card details, as each confirmation e-mail is sent which notifies that the product is ready to be shipped.

On the other hand, the amount of Personalized Products will be charged before their shipment and as the confirmation e-mail of the relevant order is sent, still according to the selected payment method and after we have verified your card details.

You will be charged in the same currency as the prices displayed at checkout. The order total includes any shipping costs.
